This quote by Maya Angelou is our mantra for Satori Whole Health. The path to creating good health and well-being in our lives is ever-evolving.
As we grow in knowledge and experience, what truly creates well-being in our lives constantly changes. With so much conflicting information out there and mixed messages about what we should eat, how we should exercise, manage our stress, or express our spirituality, it can be confusing, frustrating, stressful, and frankly, depressing to try and figure out the right path for ourselves. One thing we know for sure here at Satori Whole Health is that one size does not fit all, and we should always remember to be gentle with ourselves and know that we are striving to do the best we can with the information we have at any given time.

Allen and I met practicing the mind-body-spirit practice of martial arts 20 years ago and truly understand that there are many very personal factors involved in each person’s journey to well-being. We believe in tailoring programs to meet each person’s unique needs. We love learning new ways to pursue well-being and as we know better, we do better. We would like to share that with you.
